We will:

  • Spend a period of 2-6 weeks conducting a thorough review.

  • Interview across the organisation

  • Confirm a basis of business practice that can act as a foundation for these business units

  • Review all relevant tools, processes, and business structures.

  • Interrogate current external relationships

You can expect:

  • A detailed report outlining opportunities for your organisation, covering the core areas outlined below.

  • Prioritised project workload, biased towards the business priorities and short-term needs

  • FOC introductions to any of Wood Consulting group Partners that can directly resolve a business need.

Selective Scan

A deep-dive into the problematic / high-opportunity business areas

Following the same framework as the ‘full scan’, and maintaining the same level of diligence in result; we also offer a more ‘lightweight’ version of the scan.

Ideal when you are confident in the function where issues lie, but miss expertise or resource to fully understand how to resolve.

The scan will take a maximum of two weeks, taking the same approach and delivering the same results, but on a more focussed level.

  • We evaluate foundational aspects such as tools, processes, and leadership within your organisation. This review helps pinpoint areas supporting or hindering your ability to effectively manage growth and transformation across all pillars.

  • This segment focuses on reviewing your product lifecycle framework from ideation to market release. We aim to identify strengths and gaps in your strategies to ensure they align with overall business objectives.

  • Our focus here is on assessing your existing quality control mechanisms. By examining how your products meet compliance and customer expectations, we can identify potential improvements in your quality processes; across Customer, Product and Supplier Quality.

  • We review your compliance and preparedness regarding the 'right to repair' laws to ensure your service frameworks are both robust and customer-centric, critical for maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

  • This evaluation concentrates on your (or manufacturing partner’s) production processes and equipment efficiency. We aim to review how well your manufacturing operations are set up to handle current and future demands.

  • We assess the application and requirement across our partnerships, focusing on how well they could enhance and support your business projects. This helps in determining the strategic impact of these partnerships on your project outcomes and business growth, and therefore necessity/importance/priority.
